Campaign Manager is the web-based front-end user interface used to develop and execute e-DM and DM campaigns

Campaign Manager features:

  • full workflow management of campaign execution (mail, email, phone, SMS) as well as the extraction of lists where required for execution by third parties (eg, mail houses)
  • campaign execution and group selection using a simple “SQL for marketers” interface
  • ongoing campaign ROI calculation (absolute/relative to control groups)
  • identification and profiling of customers via various and configurable keys (customer segmentation)
  • ability to cluster, track and tailor efforts to different customer segments – offering them discretely tailored incentives to promote and/or change their behaviour profiling of responses (as input to consumer segmentation and formulation of future campaigns)
  • ability to identify customer tiers upon which to base a tiered membership program.
